This past weekend was the outdoor art festival Les Accroches Coeurs that welcomes la rentrée each year, and such a great time it was! If a city wants to welcome everyone back after the summer, or especially, welcome those new to the city, there couldn't be a better way than this. boat rides, and a beach with a tiki bar by the river,
and great weather for enjoying Angers.
